Bump firefox-esr to 68.1.0
This is a security bump for firefox-esr; see Mozilla's security advisory pages for a full list of CVE's (also listed in secfixes).
I've also updated some of the metadata in the APKBUILD to note that our Firefox package is the extended support release, and not the latest stable release.
This has been successfully build-tested on aarch64. No further testing has been performed.
