This updates all the easily visible bits and pieces which mention version
numbers for the 1.0-rc1 release a few weeks ago.

Configure the DocumentRoot on a per-vhost basis. Having a file-level scope
DocumentRoot directive will have side-effects on other vhosts, and relying on
this configuration at file scope means that another vhost could accidentally
override this value.

This is another backport from production; not specifying the
Access-Control-Allow-Origin header in the static. vhost broke CSS on plaintext
HTTP for www.adelielinux.org -- I fixed this a few weeks ago, but never got
round to bringing the change into git.

This was in production on athdheise already, so this commit is a backport into
the configuration in git.

These vhosts only ever performed reverse proxying and date from when www, bts,
and wiki were all served over a single IPv4 address but were hosted on separate
VM's. wiki. and bts. have moved around a little and now have their own v4
addresses, so the special handling on the box serving www. is no longer
necessary.

Update speciality tag for sysvinit.

Instead of spending lots of time getting grumpy at doing lots of repeated
Firefox builds on other people's computers, I now manage other people's
computers so they have more time to use them to grumpily and repeatedly build
Firefox.
